Dr.Akbar Hussain Chowdhury is devoted to render his medical health service for theunderprivileged people. He started his public service as a medical officer in1985 and reached to Chief Scientific Officer of ‘’Directorate General of HealthServices’’ (DGHS) of People Republic of Bangladesh. He earned his MBBS formM.A.G Osmani Medical College (previously known Sylhet Medical College) in 1983.He also successfully completed post-graduation diploma in Maternal Child Health& Family Planning and Diploma in Anesthesiology. Besides he is trained inmedicine from national and international institutions. He also attended manynational and international seminars on public health.
